Job Description: 1. To plan, prepare and deliver schemes of work in accordance with the academic programs set out by the school, which facilitate active learning experiences for all children; 2. To assess and maintain records of children’s progress in learning, using this information to ensure that each child has the opportunity to succeed; 3. To maintain a stimulating, well- resourced and orderly classroom environment which supports and encourages learning; 4. To have a thorough understanding of the purpose and aims of the school’s educational ethos; 7. To evaluate learning experiences and outcomes for children’s continual improvement; 8. To provide meaningful feedback and assessment for learning in line with the school’s policies; 9. To ensure that the standards set out in the school’s policies, including but not limited to behavior, teaching and learning and safeguarding are followed
