Requirements:
1. A native English speaker or fluent in English;
2. Highly effective communication skills (both written and verbal) to a variety of audiences;
3. Excellent subject knowledge in their area(s) of certification with several years of teaching experience; 

4. Excellent collaboration skills with teachers, parents, administrators, and support staff;
5. Knowledge of, and ability to model, a wide-variety of effective teaching practices;
6. Commitment to further professional development; 

7. Demonstration of IT knowledge and skills; 

8. Keep up to date with the latest developments for use in teaching and learning;
9. Collaborate with colleagues in the development of the curriculum;
10. Proven experience of teaching in the assigned school, Kindergarten, Primary, Middle or High School.


Job Description:
1. Plan and teach lessons following the curricula that differentiate for individual student needs and support students whose first language is not English;
2. Use a wide range of technologies and creative teaching styles;
3. Regularly contribute to curriculum planning and development including interdisciplinary units of work and 
the development of trans-disciplinary skills;
4. Plan with colleagues to deliver effective team teaching when possible;
5. Develop assessment tasks and use a wide range of formative assessment tools;
6. Attend regular curriculum planning and student progress meetings;
7. Keep parents informed about student progress and attending parent meetings;
8. Foster good home-school relationships, with regular communications to parents;
9. Deliver care, guidance and support to the students and take responsibility for monitoring students’ academic and personal development as they progress through the program;
10. Work with students to develop personalized learning goals and strategies for achieving these goals;
11. Adhere to all school policies;
12. Take an active part in promoting the Vision for the school and encourage high standards of conduct according to the school policies;
13. Safeguard and promote the welfare of children;
14. Collaborate professionally with colleagues on the growth and development of academic and social 
 programs at the school;
15. Engage professionally with new initiatives undertaken by the school. 
 6. Active participation and contribution in the school cultural activities and teacher training.
