活动背景Background

国际化特色学校正处于精准定位、品质为胜的时代，优质的教育教学质量、优秀的教师队伍和教研实力是学校可持续发展的根基。新课标的颁布，对国际教育提出了新的要求，使我们进一步在学科实践、跨学科教学、融合课程设计等领域探索和改进。在2022教师节之际，K12优质教育行业平台-顶思TopSchools特发起“国际学校教师技能大赛”暨第四届“神奇教师”评选活动，旨在通过选拔优质教师和学校集体，展示优质教学教研成果，促进教师与教师、教师与学校的教学分享与交流。

International Schools with high-quality education and teaching standards are in the right place at the moment, in an era where quality wins; Excellent teachers with teaching and research strength are the foundation of a school's sustainable development. The release of the new curriculum standards has put forward new requirements for international schools education, enabling us to further explore and improve in the fields of subject practice, interdisciplinary teaching, and integrated curriculum design. This year on Teachers' Day, TopSchools, a K12 high-quality education platform, launches the "International School Teacher Skills Competition" and the 4th "Wonder Teachers” Competition. The aim is to promote high-quality teaching and research through the selection of top teachers and school groups achievements; also to promote teaching sharing and communication between teachers and schools.

征集对象Participants

全日制国际学校中、外籍教师，小初高学段，学科不限，包括但不限于民办双语学校、高中国际部、外籍子女学校等。

Full-time local or expat teachers of international schools staging at primary, middle or high schools, no restrictions on teaching disciplines; also including but not limited to private bilingual schools, public high schools with international departments, expat schools, etc.

初选：Pre - selection

本人自愿报名或学校团体组织报名，联系工作人员提交报名信息，组委会审核通过后，通知您做初赛准备。

If you register individually or by school, please contact us to submit the registration information. After the committee approval, you will be notified to prepare for the preliminary competition.

初赛：Preliminaries

录制真实上课完整视频，连同教案（统一格式模板）一起上交，评委团评分。不外放。

Record and summit a real completed class video as well as teaching plan; jury comments. The video will NOT be public released.

复赛：Semi-finals

将以直播说课的形式进行20m/人 + 专家评委现场互动点评10m/人。

20 minutes of LIVE lectures + 10 minutes of interactive commentary with the jury.
